1. Physical Products

Because all physical items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

3. Order Issues

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.
