Shipping Policy
All of our products are made to order. We begin production after your order is placed, then package and ship it to you.
Our products are produced in the United States. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
Free shipping on orders of $80 or more
$6 flat-rate shipping on orders under $80
Estimated delivery time (including production and shipping): 5–11 business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with access to your order tracking page, where you can follow your package every step of the way. Tracking information usually becomes available within 24 hours after your order ships. Occasionally, it may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Items may be packaged separately to help keep them safe during shipping, or they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately.
You will receive shipping notifications and tracking information for each package.
Incorrect Address
If your shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we'll be happy to resend it to your updated address. A $6 reshipping fee will apply.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after placing your order, please email yuki@thebeautyofthelight.com as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee that address changes will be possible, the sooner you contact us, the better. If you reach out within the first few hours, we may still be able to update your shipping address before the order ships.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please email us at yuki@thebeautyofthelight.com. We'll check the tracking information and investigate the situation.
Once the package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund. As a thank-you for your patience, we’ll also send you a 30% off discount code, valid for one year.
